| Bio: | Mohinder Suresh had been born to a world renown geneticist - Chandra Suresh. He grew up knowing that he was meant to be his own sister's savior, for the young girl had an illness. The Sureshes wanted their little girl to live, and they created another life in hopes that his blood might cure the little girl. Unfortunately, Shanti died before Mohinder could be used. He wanted to please his parents, but he always lived under the shadow of a dead sister. As a young man, he entered the university in hopes of earning his father's approval. It seemed that both Suresh men had a knack for genetics. Mohinder followed in his father's steps by finally earning his PhD in genetics, finally taking a position at the University of Madras in Chennai, India. Unfortunately, Mohinder doesn't have the opportunity to teach long. In the summer of 2006, Mohinder's father and author of the controversial Activating Evolution, Chandra Suresh is found dead in his cab. Mohinder leaves the university to find solve the mystery around his father's death. He finds more yet more mystery; Chandra's second apartment appears to be a ransacked treasure trove of questions and partial answers. Some thought Chandra was insane for his belief that human kind was becoming something more, and while Mohinder is highly suspicious, he wants only to prove that his father was something more than the crackpot has-been. He wants to discover why his father became so obsessed with the world around him and what all the dead scientist had possibly realized from his obsession. | |||||||||
